Rising Stars is a 6-month, comprehensive leadership training program that takes new managers through a step-by-step curriculum to help them thrive in their leadership role.
For less than the price of a one day conference, participants receive training on topics such as identifying their leadership style, successful delegation, providing candid feedback, navigating difficult work relationships, running successful meetings, goal setting and much much more. Individual coaching sessions are also included.

Returning from parental leave is fraught with emotion and challenge. This industry-leading program is designed to help parents transition back to work through the 3 key pillars of our framework: Planning, Coaching and Support.
Your Fourth Trimester® provides the parent—and company—with tools, guidance and coaching sensitive to the transformative period after welcoming a child.
